Senior Project Manager Opportunity
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project management team and undertake senior project management roles on various infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing civil, structural, water or energy projects for government and contractor clients, with a broad exposure to different contract forms. They will possess strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to develop and mentor a team.
- Lead and manage project delivery teams to meet client requirements for cost, time and quality;
- Manage project resourcing, sub-consultants, program, contracts and scope change to achieve positive project outcomes;
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure that all parties are kept informed on all relevant matters;
- Implement and manage financial and project controls to enable effective monitoring and forecasting of project finances;
- Drive project performance, service delivery, technical coordination and commercial outcomes;
- Support the development of new business pursuits and bids;
- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects;
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders;
