Key Role: Program Manager

This key role plays a critical part in enhancing joint responses to child sexual exploitation (CSE) by supporting the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing's strategy.

The Program Manager will be responsible for:

- driving evidence-based practice, data insights, and inter-agency collaboration to lead an enhanced response to CSE;
- developing operations and practice initiatives aligned with strategic directions for managing and delivering an enhanced response to CSE and child criminal exploitation (CCE);
- providing authoritative guidance and advice on implementation progress, risk identification, and mitigation to the Director and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact in preventing and responding to CSE and CCE. The successful candidate will have:

- extensive leadership experience in developing, implementing, and supporting operations related to CSE and exploitation impact, prevention, justice, or closely related fields;
- excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
