Key Role Overview

Based in the Camperwell area with frequent travel across London, we are seeking an experienced Caseworker to support individuals affected by or at risk of exploitation and serious youth violence, focusing on those with neurodiverse conditions.

You will work one-to-one with people to understand their individual needs, strengths, and challenges, creating tailored support plans that incorporate neurodiversity-informed approaches. This includes conducting robust risk and strengths-based needs assessments, prioritising safeguarding and ensuring appropriate interventions and escalation of risks.

The successful candidate will have experience managing a caseload of clients presenting with complex support needs and achieving set targets for employment outcomes with sensitivity to diverse needs and trauma.

  • Proven experience working with vulnerable adults, delivering effective interventions that have resulted in positive outcomes
  • Experience independently addressing safeguarding issues with children, people, and adults at risk of violence or exploitation
  • Skilled in conducting thorough risk assessments and identifying the needs of people at risk of significant harm
  • Extensive experience of managing a caseload of clients presenting with support needs and achieving set targets for employment outcomes with sensitivity to diverse needs and trauma

About This Key Role
