About the Role

As a Project Officer, you will contribute to innovative projects that adopt a whole-of-system approach to improving child health, development and wellbeing. You will be part of a collaborative team that works closely with families, service providers and policymakers to design and deliver evaluation and action projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and delivery of project plans and evaluation frameworks
  • Conduct mixed methods research, including focus groups, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and data
  • Draft high-quality reports and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Support the planning and facilitation of project-related workshops and reflection sessions
  • Collaborate on ethics applications and approvals

You will work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Tertiary Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Public Health, Evaluation, Psychology or Social Policy
  • Experience in evaluation and/or research methodologies, preferably in a similar context
