Providing holistic care is a vital part of our role. As a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant Trainee, you will be working as part of a team to create engaging activities for residents.

This permanent full-time position involves 76 hours of work per fortnight at Wantirna Residential Care Facility.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and provide support to residents and their families.

The role involves working collaboratively with healthcare workers and other teams to deliver high-quality care.

Effective communication is key in this role, and you will need to be able to communicate with residents, staff, and external partners.

In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will also participate in professional development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing respectful care and has a commitment to ongoing learning.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to work in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
