As a casual Aged Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly and disabled clients, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.What you\'ll be doingAssisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, grooming, and meal preparationProviding emotional support and companionship to clientsDocumenting client progress and reporting any changes in their conditionAdhering to all safety and quality standards in the delivery of careCollaborating with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clientsWhat we\'re looking forCertificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care or Disability SupportExperience in a similar aged care or disability support role, preferably in a community-based settingMinimum 1-2 years of aged care or disability support experience is required for this positionStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clientsEmpathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clientsReliable, punctual, and committed to providing the highest standard of care.
