Trainee Caregiver Opportunity

Bupa offers a Carer Traineeship role at our Aged Care Woodend facility.

This is a full-time opportunity that includes formal training and on-the-job support, leading to a qualification outcome in Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).

The training component will be run in conjunction with a valued training partner and will involve a mix of remote-based learning and face-to-face instruction.

  • Upon completion of the traineeship, you may transition into a full-time Caregiver role within the care home.
  • You will have the opportunity to secure a permanent position after obtaining your qualification.
