Key responsibilities include assisting residents with daily lifestyle activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, bed making, room tidying up, feeding, and setting tables for meals. Additionally, you will be involved in social and activity-based programs that enhance the overall well-being of our residents.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience. You will be working in a fully supported employment and training position where you will work and study to gain your qualification in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021). Our established team in Anglesea will provide guidance and mentorship throughout your traineeship.

The successful candidate will have a great attitude, be reliable, and willing to learn and work collaboratively with others.
