Customer Success Manager

N-able is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving retention and growth, and ensuring our customers achieve their desired goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive value and adoption of N-able products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Product Management, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell N-able products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or customer service in software, technology, or managed services.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, with ability to understand customer needs and goals, and align them with product offerings to deliver successful business outcomes.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for excellence and a commitment to helping customers achieve their desired goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
