Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they achieve their desired goals and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized customer success plans to drive retention, growth, and adoption of our products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews and value conversations to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform customer success strategies and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or customer service in software, technology, or managed services.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with ability to understand customer needs and goals.
- Results-driven mindset, with a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Experience with CRM's and data analysis software.
