Solutions Consultant Role

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing SaaS company challenging global incumbents in the procurement technology space.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Solution Consulting / Pre-Sales roles within SaaS, ideally in the Procurement / S2P / P2P / Spend Management domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compelling solution demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to uncover pain points and business objectives.
  • Translate customer needs into solution-driven proposals highlighting business value and ROI.
  • Manage technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and vendor evaluations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Source-to-Pay processes, procurement digital transformation, and best practices.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective clients positioning the company as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide market feedback and influence roadmap direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting / Pre-Sales roles within SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, sourcing, and invoicing automation.
  • Previous experience with platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP, or similar.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and demo skills with the ability to engage senior executives (CPO, CFO, CIO).
  • Consultative, customer-centric, and driven to help enterprises achieve procurement excellence.
