Procurement Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions and be able to guide enterprise customers in maximizing the value from their procurement digital transformation.

This is a strategic role that requires strong relationships with CPOs, CFOs, Procurement COEs, and transformation teams to ensure our customers achieve their KPIs such as spend under management, cost savings, process efficiency, supplier collaboration, and procurement ROI.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, consulting customers on industry best practices and strategies around S2P implementation and optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving post-implementation value realization by aligning customer procurement objectives with solution capabilities.
  • Consulting customers on industry best practices and strategies around S2P implementation and optimization.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, health status, and renewal forecasts in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • 5–15 years of experience in Procurement, S2P Consulting, or related roles.
  • Prior experience consulting or advising CPOs, CFOs, Procurement COEs, or transformation leaders.
  • Deep understanding of procurement digital transformation KPIs and value drivers.
  • Background working with leading S2P platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP SMART, Jaggaer) is highly desirable.
