Procurement Expert Opportunity

The role of a Procurement Expert plays a vital part in driving business success through effective management of purchasing processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality goods and services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Procurement Expert to join our team and contribute to the achievement of organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily procurement operations with precision, utilising advanced ERP systems.
  • Prepare, submit, evaluate, and manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to ensure seamless sourcing processes.
  • Develop and administer supplier agreements and contracts, negotiating when required to secure optimal terms.
  • Prioritise catalogue management system enhancements to achieve improved services and cost efficiencies across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Strategically manage supplier partnerships, guaranteeing contractual obligations are met and supplier concerns are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or procurement.
  • Extensive experience working in a medium/large national or multi-national business incorporating progressive procurement processes.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing and procurement practices and processes.
  • High-level proficiency in data/spend analysis.
  • Proven ability to run successful sourcing events and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
