Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage the assigned product portfolio.
- Propose strategies to expand and enhance the portfolio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate a clear product roadmap.
- Determine the strategic direction of products/brands.
Market Analysis and Development
The Product Portfolio Leader conducts market, portfolio, and price reviews and shares insights with the team. They assist with developing and executing business cases for new products and collaborate with the inventory team to source new SKUs and optimize inventory levels.
Team Management & Leadership
This leader provides guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster their professional growth and development. They establish clear objectives and performance expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in product and marketing.
- Knowledge of product portfolios with various strategic priorities.
- Able to clearly communicate complex technical issues.
- Able to effectively present information via verbal and written presentations.
