Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of and managing our Fragrance portfolio for a renowned beauty brand. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of a bold and boundary-pushing brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the brand's Fragrance portfolio including product assortment management, launch sizing, forecasting, and product lifecycle management
  • Understand and analyze market context and trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify portfolio growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement campaign marketing strategies with a strong focus on excellence
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including product sales, pricing, profitability, market share, rankings, and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize brand marketing and category strategies to contribute to continued growth and achieve business objectives
  • Accurately plan and track spend to meet financial objectives
  • Owning the brand guidelines to maintain brand identity and align all actions with the sense of purpose while nurturing the brand
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand and category growth through solid, engaging consumer, media, PR, digital strategy, retail, and trade activations
Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Product & portfolio management, including forecasting and launch sizing, ideally in the Beauty industry or similar FMCG environment, with an understanding of luxury retail brands
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop long-term product and marketing strategies leveraging consumer and market insights
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively
  • Collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with a can-do attitude, known for taking initiative in fast-paced and changing environments
  • Dynamic and detail-oriented individual who effortlessly straddles the worlds of brand building, commercial strategy, and data-driven analysis
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets with ROI delivery and achieving sales outcomes from initiated campaigns
  • Self-motivated and driven to drive your own results and manage your time efficiently
