Product Portfolio Lead Role

This role involves overseeing the performance and development of commercial packages portfolio, shaping product strategy, driving portfolio outcomes, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Lead initiatives across the product lifecycle including design, development, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Assess complex underwriting referrals to ensure alignment with risk appetite, authority limits, and underwriting standards.
  • Identify and resolve product and pricing system issues, support technical pricing reviews, and lead the implementation of tactical pricing adjustments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership capability, and a collaborative mindset. They should be passionate about delivering product and portfolio outcomes and thrive in a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong experience in general insurance, with a focus on product and/or portfolio management.
  • Proven experience managing commercial portfolios or a solid background in commercial packages underwriting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product development, pricing reviews, or strategic planning.
