Key Product Leadership Role

This pivotal position drives the growth and strategic management of a Fragrance portfolio, encompassing product assortment optimization, launch planning, forecasting, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities
  • Owning the brand's Fragrance portfolio, including product range management, market analysis, and campaign execution.
  • Analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies with a focus on excellence in offline and online channels.
  • Monitoring brand performance metrics, including product sales, pricing, profitability, market share, rankings, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in product and portfolio management, preferably in the Beauty industry or similar FMCG environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling data analysis, trend identification, and meaningful conclusions.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop long-term product and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing clear and persuasive information presentation.
