Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify medical record requests to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Coordinate the release of information to patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other entities.
  • Retrieve patient records for care, quality review, and audits in a timely manner.
  • Update records in Salesforce in real time.
  • Scan documents into patient files and maintain complete, organized records.
  • Resolve request conflicts and escalate issues to the Office Practice Manager.
  • Provide translation support when needed.
