  • Identify coverage restrictions and facilitate patient access
  • Promptly initiate prior authorization processes and claims appeals
  • Report trends and delays in reimbursements to management
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of Buy & Bill, Major Medical & Pharmacy Benefit Coverage
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in benefit investigation
  • 3-5 years of professional interaction with healthcare providers
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and grammar
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Prior experience with Salesforce systems is a plus
