Operations Manager for Medical Practices

The Director of Practice Operations plays a vital role in ensuring the operational success of assigned medical practices. This key member of the team provides strategic leadership and direction, utilizing tools such as coordination of practice activities, collaboration with corporate support departments, and partnership with Advent Health to meet the needs of assigned practices and maintain efficient operations.
This dynamic role requires independence, initiative, judgment, and follow-through on a wide range of sensitive and complex issues. As a result, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, effective communication, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate with partners on the execution of strategic and operational plans, including space planning for growth.
- Provider Management: Manage and balance provider templates for optimized utilization.
- Recruitment and Representation: Represent AHMG and service line during the recruitment process.
- Quality and Performance Metrics: Evaluate and manage quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety, focusing on consumer experience through oversight and accountability of Press Ganey performance and productivity for Five9, Online and In Office Scheduling.
