Proposal Coordinator Role

We are seeking a dynamic Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality proposals that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all proposals are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and effective proposals.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in proposal development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of developing successful proposals that result in new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
