About This RoleWe are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Hospitality Services team in the position of Precinct Head Concierge based in Adelaide. As a Precinct Head Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering Accor's Concierge services across two landmark assets, overseeing the daily operations of a Business Hub / Business Lounge, and ensuring a consistently high level of service delivery.
Your key duties will include:
- Ensuring the team provides proactive greeting, welcoming, and serving tenants and visitors to the asset;
- Serving as the primary source of knowledge for tenants and visitors about the asset and local precinct;
- Focusing on providing services that add convenience, exclusivity, community, and utility;
- Being based in the lobby area of the office building, involving time at the Concierge desk and time roving throughout the Lobby (and building precinct) to proactively engage with tenants, retailers, and visitors;
- Representing Accor's brand alongside that of our Client and being the mentor and leader to the Executive Concierge(s) in your team;
- Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Accors service delivery, ensuring compliance with Accors KPIs for Concierge Services in your asset;
- Identifying opportunities and ways to innovate the customer experience by reviewing feedback, interacting with tenants, and identifying new trends;
- Deployment of best practice tools, participation in CX training with the team, Heartist Engagement, and quality assurance programs, supporting the team with training where required;
