Post-Sale Journey Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to oversee the post-sale journey for our most important clients. In this role, you will drive high-impact launches, ensure seamless implementation, and set the foundation for long-term success on our platform.

The Impact You'll Have
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand their needs, goals, and strategies.
  • Create a strategy for a seamless launch and implementation that maximizes adoption and usage.
  • Manage timelines and project plans for implementation, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and implement training programs for customers, including video collateral, office hours, and/or training sessions.
  • Complete tactical and technical account setup, including API, SFTP, or expense integrations and submitting Monthly Billing Applications to Finance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and strong client experience.
The Experience You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role and/or project management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication, and strong group facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter attitude.
  • Drive to contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with peers.
  • Tech-savviness, with Salesforce experience a plus.
