Technical Procurement Specialist Role

About the Job

We're looking for a skilled Technical Procurement Specialist to support our bid director in managing procurement activities for energy and resources tenders, specifically transmission lines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with make or buy analyses
  • Coordinating RfQs across teams
  • Ensuring procurement inputs meet bid requirements
  • Traveling to support bid office operations and team coordination as needed
  • Contribute to competitive, well-structured tender submissions through effective procurement support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Significant experience in energy, resources, or similar construction projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Hands-on management of major equipment packages
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification or equivalent combined with practical experience on EPC projects. You'll also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
