Beverage Operations Director

Our organization is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all Food and Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations across all Food and Beverage outlets, maintaining exceptional customer service standards at all times, ensuring full compliance with brand standards, recruiting, leading, training, and developing the Food and Beverage team, handling guest queries promptly and efficiently, managing Food, Liquor, and Payroll costs within budget alongside our Executive chef, setting departmental targets, objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies, collaborating with the Food and Beverage team to develop menus, taking accountability for monthly stock takes and inventory control, motivating and incentivizing team members to maximize sales and revenue, conducting annual and mid-year performance appraisals for managers under your supervision, monitoring guest satisfaction and driving continuous improvement initiatives, organizing regular communication meetings and ensuring minutes are recorded, promoting environmentally responsible practices, supporting other departments as needed and maintaining positive working relationships, complying with hotel security protocols, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven management experience in Food and Beverage

- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage team performance
- Ability to meet financial targets and manage budgets effectively
- Strong adherence to Food and Beverage brand standards
- Capacity to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation
- Commitment to developing both team members and yourself
- Flexibility to handle diverse work situations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred qualifications include a degree or diploma in a relevant field and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
