Job Title: Hospitality and Catering National Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality and Catering National Manager to oversee the cost-effective management and production of food and beverage services across multiple sites in South Australia and Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters learning and personal development as key drivers of quality improvement.
  • Lead and manage the food and beverage team across multiple sites in SA and WA, ensuring they deliver innovative and safe food and beverages within budget and contract requirements.
  • Manage catering operations in line with contractual obligations while ensuring client and staff satisfaction.
  • Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques meet ISS brand Standard guidelines.
  • Work with the Executive and Head Chef to take corrective action where appropriate, and within company guidelines, if standards are not met.
  • Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained by the entire kitchen team to meet Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines.
  • Manage food costs and expenses in line with onsite contract scope.
  • Regularly review and address client staff feedback and maintenance registers.
  • Bank money received, including all recording and reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience leading and developing a multi-faceted food and beverage business, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining productive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Operations, Business, Food and Beverage or related discipline.
  • Holding and maintaining relevant certifications, including HACCP Level 3, First Aid Certificate – Level 3, Food Safety Supervisor certification, and RSA certificate.
  • Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (currently TAE40122).
  • Basic accounting skills, including budgeting and reporting.
