Job Title: Food Service Operations Director **About the Role** 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food Service Operations Director to lead the delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences in our renowned venue. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for implementing service procedures and training across our restaurant and events operations.

 **Key Responsibilities** 
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and excellence in customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our executive chef to ensure seamless execution of menus, inventory management, and culinary standards.
  • Lead a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and human resources.
 **Requirements** 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

 
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
