Manufacturing Operations Director

**Job Description:**
The Manufacturing Operations Director will oversee the production team to achieve excellence in manufacturing every day.
This role involves building team capabilities, problem-solving, and ensuring correct stock levels. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this position requires exceptional leadership skills, strong communication, and a can-do approach.
About the Job:
- Leverage exceptional people skills and effective communication to drive production excellence
- Problem-solve and lead by example to motivate the production team
- Mentor and guide the team to improve their performance and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Create targets and KPI's for teams and individuals to drive results
Requirements:
- A strong interest in problem-solving within a fast-paced environment
- Previous leadership experience in manufacturing operations or a related field
- 3 years' experience working with food, beverage, or within the manufacturing industry
- Fully vaccinated as per company policy
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Good computer literacy and organizational skills

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
