- Collaborative consultation with consumers, families, and relevant systems is crucial to responding to mental health needs effectively.
- Developing and coordinating recovery care plans demands a comprehensive understanding of mental health support.
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse is essential. Alternatively, a tertiary education in Social Work with AASW registration or eligibility is also required.
- Experience in clinical mental health assessment and evidence-based interventions is vital.
- Computer skills and record-keeping abilities are necessary for maintaining accurate clinical records and providing statistical data to management.
