Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide specialist clinical coordination and high-level assessments to support young people and their families.

The Regional Complex Care Co-ordinator will work closely with stakeholders to develop effective partnerships and promote positive working cultures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist clinical coordination services to ensure right place, right care principles are met.
  • Undertake high-level assessments and create individual plans that include collaborating with government and non-government agencies.
  • Promote positive working relationships with all stakeholders by developing effective partnerships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
  • A specialist tertiary graduate or postgraduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification.
