Job Description

This role involves supporting the HR team with various tasks including drafting contracts, preparing employee change letters, and maintaining accurate employee records.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR coordination or administration, ideally within fast-paced or complex environments.

They should be confident with HR systems and tools, highly organized with strong attention to detail, and excellent communicators with a proactive mindset.

Additionally, they should be passionate about building a career in HR and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Drafting: Develop and maintain accurate employee contracts.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new starter processes, welcome packs, inductions, and exit checklists.
  • HR Systems Management: Update and maintain HR systems with employee data, leave records, and reporting requirements.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers, and screening applications.
  • Training Coordination: Assist with scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and updating the LMS.
  • Culture Building: Support internal communications, wellbeing initiatives, and culture-building activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in HR coordination or administration.
  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (e.g. Cert IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree).
  • Confidence with HR systems and tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
