Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Assisting in maintaining HR systems, policies, and compliance registers.
  • Helping interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and legislation.
  • Providing timely support on HR and payroll queries.
  • Building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver's Licence – "C" Class.
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently using own initiative and within a cohesive team environment.
  • Good judgement and a flexible approach.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities.
  • Willingness to assist a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Desirable:
    • Exposure to the utilities, resources or construction industries.
    • Exposure to the administration of company processes and policies.
    • Awareness of relevant legislative, governance and compliance requirements.
