Event Manager Position

We are seeking an exceptional Event Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure customer service standards are maintained.

About the Role
  • Deliver world-class events that exceed client expectations through meticulous planning and consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients regarding event details, ensuring seamless communication and tailored experiences.
  • Implement strategies for responsible alcohol service at all catered functions, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide pre-event briefings to team members, promoting efficient workflow and cohesive teamwork.
  • Foster employee relations, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Maintain safe working practices and adhere to safety policies, prioritizing employee well-being and facility security.

The ideal candidate will possess prior leadership experience in banqueting or food and beverage environments, as well as expertise in coordinating exhibition/tradeshow-style catering.
