Senior Event Food and Beverage Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Event Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the smooth delivery of food and beverage service across our large and dynamic events space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clear direction, training, and hands-on leadership to F&B Attendants, ensuring high-quality service standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. You will possess strong leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Senior Event Food and Beverage Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and support to F&B Attendants to ensure seamless event operations.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- Overseeing event setup, pack down, balance float, takings, and end-of-day reporting.
- Managing staffing roster levels and payroll within budget guidelines.
- Supporting the management team in ordering stock, minimizing wastage, and managing inventory efficiently.
