Event Production Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Producer to join our team. As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with planning and executing events.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role with a focus on event management, project coordination, and client liaison. You will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional results and ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement event concepts and strategies
  • Manage event budgets and negotiate with suppliers
  • Coordinate event logistics and timelines
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in event planning, event management, and project management
  • Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Be Available for event installs after-hours and on weekends
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field desirable but not necessary
  • Experience in the event production industry is a plus
