Event Operations Manager Job

  • The role is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing events across the resort including conferences, weddings and other special functions.
  • This includes working closely with various teams such as kitchen and sales to ensure seamless delivery of guests' events.
  • An ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be able to motivate their team to achieve this goal.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in event operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
