Job Title: Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Specialist to join our Strategic Pricing team.

This role involves developing complex pricing formulas tailored to product family groups and requires a strong willingness to learn the ball bearing industry.

You will partner with Sales and Operations teams to gather market intelligence and incorporate it into pricing decisions and data analytics.

This role calls for a sharp eye for detail and a proactive, analytical approach to uncovering insights that support informed, strategic outcomes.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Manage pricing activities including contracts, customer rebates, and ad hoc pricing, while maintaining accurate pricing data across all systems (SAP/S4/HANA, Excel, C4C).
  • Generate and analyse pricing reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure pricing accuracy, alignment and consistency.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and administrative support to the Strategic Pricing team and management.
  • Manage fixed price agreements and maintain related databases.
  • Administer and update rebate contracts and percentages in SAP ERP.
