About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospitality Service Assistant to join our team at Bupaoptical. As a key member of our care home, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our residents and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the care home, including laundry, cleaning, and waste management.
  • Assist with food preparation, serving, and clearing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to resident queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, promoting a sense of community and belonging among residents and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality and customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a care home or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resident well-being.
