About the Role

We are seeking a Hospitality Service Coordinator to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional support to our hospitality function. This includes catering, cleaning, and laundry services. As a key member of our team, you will provide a personal and empathetic approach to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Respond to resident queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with laundry duties, including loading washers and dryers, sorting linen, and ironing
  • Support catering and food services, including meal preparation, serving, and clearing dining areas
  • Contribute to cleaning duties, including general cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in cleaning or catering, or a related field
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Understanding of work health and safety practices and the ability to work independently
