About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Services Supervisor to lead our Hospitality Team at our Kings Meadows facility.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effectively leading the Hospitality Services and Domestic Services Team, and participating in the delivery of recruitment, probation, staff development and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with consumers.
  • Respond to and escalate consumer feedback where necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge across contemporary accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all Food Safety Legislation and maintain HACCP and GMP/GHP standards.
  • Identify and promote a continuous improvement environment.
  • Support the Chef Supervisor and Regional Operational Services Manager to ensure best practice standards are met.
  • Support rostering requirements for the Hospitality and Domestic Teams.
Requirements
  • 2 years leadership or supervisory experience.
  • A current Driver's License.
  • Working with Vulnerable People Registration with NDIS Endorsement.
  • Experience in an Aged Care, Community Service or Not for Profit Sector (desirable).
