Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled bartender to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages with consistency and flair.
  • Engage with guests in a warm and confident manner.
  • Set up and pack down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness and organisation.
  • Assist with stock rotation, inventory and reporting low stock or supply needs.
  • Support special events and activations hosted at Mid Air.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails and bar techniques.
  • Confident interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and service excellence.
