KOS International Limited - Associate Director Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies to support operational expansion and profitability.
Manage cash flow, financing, and investor relations to ensure sustainable funding.
Implement cost-control measures and financial oversight across farming, processing, and trading units.
Lead risk management for commodity price volatility and credit exposure.
Optimize ERP systems and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
Provide analytical support for strategic decisions, including investments and M&A opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years as CFO or VP of Finance.
Must have background in agriculture, food processing, or commodity trading.
Proven experience in fundraising, financial planning, and risk management.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and operational finance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
