At the forefront of our hospitality operation is a Beverage Operations Manager, driving the success of our beverage vision. From crafting exceptional wine and spirits menus to leading a passionate team, this role oversees the entire beverage operation, ensuring world-class standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing beverage team.
  • Oversee all beverage operations across venues and events within the hotel.
  • Curate innovative beverage menus, from signature cocktails to premium wine lists.
  • Manage supplier partnerships, stock control, and cost of goods.
  • Drive profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Deliver training programs to ensure excellence in product knowledge and service.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards.
  • Elevate the guest experience with creative, memorable, and engaging beverage offerings.

Requirements

A minimum of three years' experience in a senior beverage management role within luxury hotels, lifestyle venues, or high-end hospitality is required. Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people are essential. Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends is also necessary. WSET III certification is highly regarded. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and supplier negotiations are required. A creative flair, with the ability to design and execute innovative beverage concepts, is crucial. A guest-first mindset with a commitment to creating extraordinary experiences is vital. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event nights is required. Current RSA certification is mandatory.
