We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead the beverage vision and drive profitability through innovative concepts.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all beverage operations across venues and events within the hotel, curating exceptional wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings, and leading a passionate team of professionals.

  • Lead and Inspire Team Members: Develop and motivate a high-performing team to deliver world-class service and achieve business objectives.
  • Beverage Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of beverage operations, including inventory management, supplier partnerships, and cost control.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the Food & Beverage leadership team to create innovative menus that showcase premium wines, craft spirits, and signature cocktails.
  • Guest Experience: Elevate the guest experience by delivering creative, memorable beverage offerings that exceed expectations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a senior beverage management position within luxury hotels or lifestyle venues.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
  • Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and supplier negotiations.
