
Homelessness Program Lead

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a team in delivering high-quality services to individuals at risk or experiencing homelessness.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating housing and homelessness response across the Barwon Region, including oversight of housing allocations and sourcing emergency and crisis accommodation for vulnerable people.
- Mobilize interim responses to meet service delivery targets and funding body requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-functioning team to deliver effective services to people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk.
- Coordinate the adult entry point housing and homelessness response.
- Manage the priority list, mobilizing interim responses as needed.
- Ensure service delivery targets are achieved and funding body requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing high-priority projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
