Job Opportunity

This organization is constructing 150 homes in Melbourne and its surrounding areas. The company is expanding steadily, offering a chance to work with an experienced team under the supervision of a Construction Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the construction of up to 18 new homes in the northwest.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily workloads effectively.
  • Manage labor and trades, both direct and subcontracted.
  • Maintain regular weekly contact with clients.
  • Keep the company and customers informed about progress and performance.
  • Resolve any arising issues.
The Ideal Candidate
  • At least 4 years' experience as a foreman, supervisor, or site manager.
  • A solid background in residential construction.
  • Relevant trade qualifications, preferably carpentry or building.
  • Previous experience managing multiple sites.
  • Experience working for a project home builder is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
