Site Leadership Role

This is a senior-level position requiring effective leadership and management skills. As a site leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a significant residential project.

You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure the project is completed on time and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have trade qualifications in Carpentry and experience working on high-end residential projects. You must also have a proven track record of delivering projects as a head contractor.

A key aspect of this role is managing and driving trades, ensuring the safety of all personnel on site, and holding regular meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate relevant contractors while maintaining quality control
  • Communicate effectively with the site team, contractors, and suppliers
  • Produce lookahead programs and ensure your section meets milestones
  • Drive and manage trades
  • Ensure the safety of all personnel on site, including regular meetings and a thorough understanding of OH&S procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade-qualified - Carpentry
  • Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects
  • Proven track record delivering projects as a head contractor
  • Demonstrated expertise in contractor management, site supervision, and safety systems
  • Ability to lead and drive the project forward to meet deadlines and stay within budget
  • Reliable, hardworking, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with contractors and tradespeople
