We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities at our Melbourne quarry site.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to the site's overall performance and growth.
Main Responsibilities- Leadership: Direct a team of approximately 50 reports, with 9 direct reports, to achieve optimal results.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to ensure long-term sustainability and profitability.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, prioritizing a safe working environment.
- Tactical Execution: Oversee the execution of daily operations, leveraging expert knowledge to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of eight years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- A current and valid driver's license.
- A state-applicable operations manager license.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
