**Job Title:** Site Operations ManagerAs a Site Operations Manager, you play a crucial role in the field department responsible for managing logistics system installation, implementation, and commissioning activities at customer sites.The key responsibilities include planning and scheduling all installation, implementation, and commissioning activities on customer sites through to final testing. You will effectively coordinate and supervise the team assigned to the project, ensuring cost control and compliance with contractual specifications and quality standards.Maintaining consistent and timely communication between the customer and E80 Group is essential. You must manage project changes in collaboration with the Project Manager and the customer.Additionally, you will handle non-conformity processes in coordination with technical and supply chain teams. Ensure systems are formally accepted by the customer and that each project phase is approved following successful testing, in compliance with contractual timelines and procedures.You will work closely with the company's HSE officer to ensure full compliance with site safety regulations.The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree or technical diploma, supported by at least 5 years of proven experience in this or a comparable role within the automation industry.You should have good working knowledge of AutoCAD, resource planning tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.A strong team leadership and organizational skills, along with a customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude, are also required.You must be able to manage priorities and meet deadlines, as well as be available to work in shifts and willing to travel extensively across Australia and internationally for approximately 70% of working time.The successful candidate will have a keen interest in industrial automation and complex systems management, desire to make a difference, and daily represent E80 Group in front of the Customer.Furthermore, they should possess excellent English communication skills, permanent rights to work in Australia, with no restrictions, valid driver's license, and car owner.
