Site Management Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in apartment construction, structures and finishes. As a Site Manager you will oversee day-to-day site operations and manage trades, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee mid-high rise apartment projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure occupational health and safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor program schedules and drive progress to meet project milestones.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders as required.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on apartment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structures and finishes in multi-residential builds.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and drive project delivery.
